Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the public Protos Health website and founding-cohort interest form.

Effective August 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit the interest form. These Terms apply only to this public marketing site. Clinical care, enrollment, payment, membership, telehealth, and patient-portal services may require separate agreements and consents.

2. Informational website only

This website provides general information about Protos and an anticipated founding cohort. Website content is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a prescription, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information on this site.

This website is not designed for urgent or emergency needs. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

3. No clinician-patient relationship

Visiting the site, submitting interest, receiving a response, or communicating with Protos about the founding cohort does not create a clinician-patient relationship. A clinical relationship can begin only through separate eligibility, consent, and onboarding steps with an appropriate licensed clinician.

4. Founding-cohort interest

The form records interest only. Submission does not constitute a medical intake or an application for care and does not guarantee selection, eligibility, enrollment, timing, availability, treatment, or any particular outcome. Cohort size, geographic availability, services, and selection criteria may change.

Do not include medical records, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment information, medications, laboratory results, or other health information in the interest form or ordinary email.

5. Pricing and program information

Pricing, features, timelines, and program descriptions on this site are preliminary and provided for general planning. They may be changed, corrected, suspended, or withdrawn before enrollment. Any final offering will be governed by the terms presented at the time of enrollment. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide medical services or enter into a contract for care.

6. Communications

If you consent, Protos may contact you about the founding cohort using the contact method you selected. Consent to optional communications is not a condition of receiving medical care. You may withdraw consent by replying to a communication or emailing us. Message and data rates may apply to text messages, if used.

7. Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • interfere with the site’s operation or security;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or information;
  • submit false, misleading, unlawful, or malicious content;
  • use automated means to scrape, overload, or abuse the site; or
  • use the site or its content in violation of law or another person’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

The site and its text, graphics, branding, design, software, and other content are owned by Protos or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Protos grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

9. Third-party services and links

The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Netlify for hosting and form handling. Protos does not control third-party websites or their independent terms and practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Protos disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will always be available, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protos and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or use, arising from or related to the public site.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Changes and availability

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the site and may revise these Terms. Revised Terms take effect when posted with a new effective date. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding use of this public site and supersede prior statements about that use.
